My name is Lisa Eastman, I have a private practice called Mystic Paths in
Somersworth, NH.  I do energy work, Shamanic Healing and a variety of
other modalities combined into what I call Essential Healing; an alchemical
process of healing that is guided by Spirit and works to help us
Re-Member our True Essence.  Working the physical, emotional, mental
and spiritual bodies I am here to assist in The Great Work of releasing
what we hold in our energy fields, bodies, and minds that gets in the way of
us creating to and from our full potential.
I also assist in the process of Transformation that can be quite unsettling
and confusing as we rise out of the density of fear and lies and grow into
the higher vibration of Truth and Universal Love.   To be free from the
density of our egoic minds, our human limitations, our stories, our beliefs
and our fears is to move into a state of being that is harmonious and
peaceful and illuminated with self love and respect that can than be
projected out into the world and touch others.

I also teach a variety of classes including journeying, Shamanism, and
Letting Go. I run a weekly Letting Go Group that offers support and
guidance in the individual work.  A beautiful by product of the group is the
community that it has built and the friendships that have formed.  
I have also written and self published the Letting Go Deck.  A deck of
cards used to contemplate the deeper issues of letting go, such as
recognizing the debilitating beliefs we hold about ourselves and how to
take full responsibility for our own lives and circumstances instead of
blaming or falling into victim mentality.  A second deck is in the works.

I have a BS in Behavioral Science, have trained specifically in the areas
of crisis intervention, and sexual abuse recovery.  I have worked in the field
of social services,  non profit agencies, and educational environments to
assist women and children in a number of ways.  
I co-founded a non-profit organization called the Peer Empowerment
Center where we assisted in the process of recovery through
empowerment, education and crisis intervention for survivors of child abuse
and trauma.
I Have worked, and have trained as a Behavioral Specialist,
I studied Behavioral Kinesiology under the 3 in 1 concept curriculum, and
began my practice in that manner.  I than did a two year apprenticeship in
Shamanism, and shortly after began traveling to Peru to do Plant medicine
and work with  indigenous Shamans and healers.
I continue to work with powerful energy workers and shamanic
practitioners to assist me in my own Work, and believe the process of
healing and transcendence must continue on, especially for Healers,
Warriors and Lightworkers.  There is much work to do, we must stay on
task.
